Please, read the terms and the important notes below.

If you have been registered in the conference management system of the NES2011 Conference previously, be sure to log in with the same account you used before. There are links to help recover lost usernames or passwords. If this is your first time, please create a new account for your registration.

NES2011 Conference/ Business Seminar payments can be done

• by credit card or
• by bank transfer

No other means of payments are approved.

Terms of the payment using credit cards

Credit card payments are done safely using Luottokunta’s SSL secured payment form. International verification services Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are used to identify the cardholder. We do not have access to credit card information or store it on our site. We can accept Visa (Credit/Debit), Visa Electron, and MasterCard (Credit/Debit) cards.

Important note for credit card users

If you want to pay by a credit card, you must use one of the credit cards mentioned above.
If the payment gateway of the Luottokunta does not approve the payment by your creditcard, you must use another card or to do the payment by bank transfer.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

If you are unable to attend the conference after submitting your registration fee, we suggest sending a colleague as a substitute.

In case you need to send a substitute, please e-mail congress[at]oulu.fi priot to the conference with new delegate details.

If you can not find a suitable substitute, a refund will be made.

Cancellation Policy

• 25% of the paid amount will be held in case of cancellation received until May 31, 2011
• 50% of the paid amount will be held in case of cancellation received until June 30, 2011.
• Cancellations received after July 1, will be charged the full rate.

The refund request has to be made by e-mail to  congress[at]oulu.fi. All refunds will be made after the Conference end.

Please note, that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In a case of no-show, there will be no refund of the registration fee. There is no extra fee if a registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization.
